Some of the Andaman Sea’s most endangered species are turtles. From the 4 species known to inhabit the Andaman region (Hawksbill, Leatherback, Green and Loggerhead) 3 species make their nests on the beaches of Southern Thailand just once a year. Before nesting in their hundreds the numbers of turtle in the area have dwindled. This tour will take you to see the remaining females which nest on Thai Muang beach in Phang Nga Province.
The Islands of the Andaman Sea have been a haven for Sea Gypsies and traders of the Far east and India for Centuries. Trek through the Rainforest to experience views over Sri Phang Nga National Park and relax in the crystal waters of its plunge pool. Experience the mangrove channels and deserted beaches this area has to offer and experience the local villages that remain today. ….Nature and culture at its best!
A different kind of tour of Northern Thailand that show you how the Thais and hilltribes really live - not the tourist version of it. It's a real cultural immersion and educational experience very different from an organised package tour as its private, and with your own personal guide you can get to the heart of the area and its people. What’s more is that its all based on responsible tourism principles, we encourage spending to be directed at local vendors and try to give back to the communities we visit.
